Return and Refund Policy
At Vinglobe Greentech (I) Pvt. Ltd. (VGT India), customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms under which you may return products purchased from www.vgtindia.in and receive a replacement or refund. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return only if one or more of the following conditions apply:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or physically broken on delivery.
- The product delivered is incorrect, i.e., different from what was ordered (wrong model, size, or specification).
- The product is missing parts, accessories, or essential components as listed in the product description.
- The product is not functioning as described in the official product specifications within the warranty period.
2. Return Request Time Frame
- Return requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances, except where covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (1 Year Warranty on select products).
- Customers must notify us by email or phone immediately upon noticing any damage or defect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, installed, or operated (unless defective on first use).
- Consumables such as engine oil, fuel, lubricants, blades, belts, filters, nozzles, and spare parts once opened or used.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper installation, negligence, or unauthorised repairs.
- Products without the original invoice, packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Customised, made-to-order, or bulk/wholesale orders.
- Products damaged due to normal wear and tear.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To raise a return request, please follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Contact us at vinglobgreentech@gmail.com or call +91 786 182 6303 within 7 days of delivery.
- Step 2: Share your Order ID, invoice copy, clear photographs, and a short video of the defective/damaged/wrong product.
- Step 3: Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 working days.
- Step 4: If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product to our warehouse in Ahmedabad.
- Step 5: After inspection and quality check, a replacement or refund will be processed.
5. Inspection and Approval
All returned products are inspected by our quality team. Returns will be accepted only if the product is received in its original condition along with all accessories, manuals, warranty card, invoice, and packaging. If the returned product fails the inspection, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost, and no refund will be issued.
6. Refund Process
- Once the return is approved and the product passes inspection, refunds will be initiated within 7-10 working days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, card, or net banking). Cash refunds are not provided.
- The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (usually 5-7 additional working days).
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- In case of a replacement, the new product will be dispatched within 7 working days of approval.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.
8. Warranty Claims
Many of our products carry a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns and are subject to the terms specified on the warranty card supplied with the product. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.
