Description

A planter is a semi-automatic device used to transplant seedlings from a seedling tray into the dry/semi-dry soil. The planter facilitates a farmer to work in a standing position and avoid back and hand injuries. It comes in 3 different variants which include flap, cone and a double cone. It can adjust to the type of soil and type of crop. The planter can plant from 4 to 6 inches deep into the soil.

1 acre of land usually requires 10-12 people to plant 8000 to 10000 seedlings and in mulching, piercing process requires a lot of time and money

With a VGT transplanter 3-4 people can transplant all the seedlings in 1 acre of land within a day. One more important thing is that it can plant approximately 20-25 seedlings within a minute reducing the work of 9 laborers to 1 planter. The Flat type transplanter is very useful when using a seedling tray or mulching film, or cockpit.
