Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Vinglobe Greentech (I) Pvt. Ltd. (VGT India). This Shipping Policy describes how we process, pack, and deliver orders placed through www.vgtindia.in. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Shipping Locations
- We ship our agricultural machinery and equipment across all states and union territories of India.
- For international orders or bulk export enquiries, please contact our sales team directly at vinglobgreentech@gmail.com.
- Some remote or restricted pin codes may not be serviceable. In such cases, we will notify you and refund your payment in full.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days after payment confirmation.
- Bulk orders, customised orders, and orders for heavy machinery may take 7-15 working days for dispatch.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Time and Delivery
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities (Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3-7 working days.
- Other Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities: 5-10 working days.
- Rural, remote, and North-Eastern regions: 7-15 working days.
Please note that delivery timelines are indicative. Actual delivery may vary due to courier load, weather conditions, transport strikes, regional lockdowns, or unforeseen logistical issues.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery is offered on select products and promotional offers as indicated on the product page.
- For other products, shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Final shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout page before payment is confirmed.
- For heavy machinery, door delivery may not be feasible in all areas. In such cases, delivery will be made to the nearest transport hub, and the customer must arrange further transportation.
5. Shipping Partners
We dispatch our products through reputed logistics and transport partners including leading courier companies and freight carriers, depending on the product size, weight, and delivery location. For heavy agricultural machinery, we work with professional cargo and transport companies experienced in handling industrial equipment.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
- The message will include the tracking ID, courier partner name, and an estimated delivery date.
- You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s official website.
- For any assistance, contact our customer support with your Order ID.
7. Delivery Terms and Conditions
- Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided at checkout are correct and complete.
- A responsible adult must be available at the delivery address to receive the shipment.
- Customers are requested to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.
- We recommend recording an unboxing video for all heavy machinery and high-value orders. This will help in case of any claim for damaged or missing items.
- If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt redelivery. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges will apply.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- In case your order has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact us with your Order ID.
- We will coordinate with the courier partner to trace and expedite the shipment.
- In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, we will either reship the product or issue a full refund after investigation with the courier partner.
9. Installation and Operation
Most agricultural machines are delivered in ready-to-use condition with a user manual. Installation or assembly (where required) is the responsibility of the customer, unless specifically agreed in writing. Our technical support team is available by phone for any assistance with installation, first-time use, or troubleshooting.
